Visiform is a professional electronic form design and

How VisiForm works - The diagram below is general outline
of the VisiForm system:

The VisiForm Designer is used to create
VisiForm Template Files. Each VisiForm Template File
is an un-filled master copy of a form. The VisiForm Designer makes creating
form templates quick and easy, whether you are creating a new template from
scratch, or converting an existing paper or even electronic form from another
format.
Once the Template Files are created, there are three different ways to view,
fill, print, and save forms:

VisiForm Filler Lite - VisiForm Filler Lite enables you
to view, fill, print, and save/open forms in VisiForm Form Files.
These files contain both the form template and the data entered. VisiForm Filler Lite
is available free to everyone. Just download it from the
Filler Lite Download Page, install it, and you're
ready to go. You can even provide a link to the Filler Lite Download Page on your
company's website, giving your clients and customers convenient access to the
form filler.

VisiForm Filler - VisiForm Filler is a low-cost filler similar
to Filler Lite, but with many more features and capabilities. With VisiForm Filler,
you can create multiple records in a single file, attach sticky notes, use highlighters
and pens to draw directly on a form, and even import and export data between external
databases. In addition to saving VisiForm Form Files, you can also choose to
save/open form data in a VisiForm Data File. These files
contain only the form data, and a link to the external template file of the form,
which means less disk space is needed.

POP!Forms - POP!Forms are small, completely self-contained
executable forms. A POP!Form is like a tiny program which allows your form to be
viewed and filled by anyone without requiring any other installed software (such as
the VisiForm Filler or Filler Lite). You can use the VisiForm Designer to create a
POP!Form from any form template. POP!Forms are typically around 300 KB in size,
making them small enough to be conveniently e-mailed as attachments.
